FKJ to Bring French House to SoCal

March just got a whole lot more awesome! Why? Because French Kiwi Juice (better known as FKJ or Vincent Fenton to his friends) will be kicking off the North American leg of his tour at the Belasco in Los Angeles on March 17th. He’ll then be following up with subsequent shows in Santa Ana and San Diego. With an acute mastery of several instruments FKJ brings with him a specialized, colorful sound complete with shredding live guitar, scintillating saxophone and jazz-happy keys.  It’s bound to be the sumptuous start to the perfect spring season.

At only 24 years old, this Parisian multi-instrumentalist and cinema trained sound engineer dropped his first full EP, The Twins, in 2012. Two albums later it’s pretty much safe to say that if the king of pop was to be reincarnated as an electronic producer he almost assuredly would return sounding something like FKJ. His funky basslines, groovy rhythms and bluesy vocals are reminiscent of the disco era with a sophisticated bravura that is becoming a staple of the new French House genre.

As if the audio stylings of FKJ weren’t enough, he’s also brought along Reed Krafft aka Dreamers Delight to level-up your listening experience. While Dreamers Delight is known for his signature low temp sounds jam-packed full of grandiose beats and steamy crescendos, he also is said to deliver some of the most dynamic sets direct from the depths of an ethereal dimension. Prepare to witness greatness, the 8-bit inventions of Dreamers Delight do not disappoint.
